الشروط والأحكام
باستخدامك تطبيق "متجر عمر شرقية" فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية:
- التطبيق مخصص لعرض المنتجات وتقديم الطلبات؛ الدفع يتم عند استلام الطلب (Cash on Delivery).
- يجب تسجيل حساب ببيانات صحيحة (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، المحافظة، والمنطقة) لإتمام أي طلب أو استخدام الكوبونات.
- يلتزم المتجر بتسليم الطلبات ضمن المدة المعلنة، ويحق للمستخدم إلغاء الطلب قبل شحنه بالتواصل معنا مباشرة.
- الكوبونات مرتبطة بحساب المستخدم ولا يجوز إساءة استخدامها أو مشاركتها لتجاوز حدود الاستخدام المسموح.
- التقييمات التي يكتبها المستخدمون يجب أن تعكس تجربة حقيقية مع المنتج، ويحتفظ المتجر بحق حذف أي محتوى مسيء أو غير لائق (متاح بلاغ عن أي تقييم مخالف من داخل التطبيق).
- نحتفظ بحق تحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر؛ استمرار استخدامك للتطبيق بعد أي تحديث يُعد موافقة على النسخة الجديدة.
سياسة الخصوصية
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، المحافظة، والمنطقة — تُجمع عند إنشاء الحساب.
- بيانات الطلبات: المنتجات المطلوبة، عنوان التسليم، وحالة الطلب (قيد التجهيز، تم الشحن، تم التسليم...).
- التقييمات: النص والتقييم بالنجوم الذي تكتبه على أي منتج.
- البلاغات: إذا بلّغت عن تقييم مخالف، نسجّل معرّف حسابك مع التقييم المُبلَّغ عنه فقط لمراجعته وإدارته من فريقنا.
- استخدام الكوبونات: نسجّل ربط الكوبون بحسابك لمنع إساءة الاستخدام (استخدام نفس الكوبون أكثر من مرة).
- إشعارات الدفع (Push Notifications): نحتفظ برمز جهازك (Device Token) لإرسال تنبيهات حول حالة طلبك أو العروض، إن سمحت بذلك.
- بيانات فنية أساسية: معلومات تشخيصية عامة (مثل نوع الجهاز وإصدار النظام) تُجمع تلقائيًا عبر خدمات Firebase لتشغيل التطبيق وتحسين استقراره.
كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- تجهيز طلباتك وتوصيلها للعنوان الصحيح.
- عرض سجل طلباتك وحالتها داخل التطبيق.
- إرسال إشعارات متعلقة بطلبك أو بعروض المتجر.
- منع إساءة استخدام الكوبونات والحفاظ على عدالة العروض بين المستخدمين.
- الرد على تقييماتك واستفساراتك، وتحسين جودة المنتجات والخدمة.
أين تُخزَّن بياناتك
تُخزَّن جميع البيانات على خدمات Google Firebase (قاعدة بيانات Firestore، التخزين السحابي Storage، والمصادقة Authentication)، وتُنقل عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS/TLS). لا يملك الوصول إليها سوى فريق إدارة المتجر عبر لوحة تحكم محمية بكلمة مرور.
مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية. تُستخدم البيانات فقط ضمن نطاق تشغيل المتجر (تجهيز الطلب وتوصيله)، وتمر عبر بنية Google Firebase التحتية بصفتها مزوّد الخدمة التقنية.
حقوقك
- يمكنك مراجعة وتعديل بيانات حسابك من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.
- يمكنك حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك المرتبطة به نهائيًا من خلال خيار "حذف الحساب" في إعدادات التطبيق، أو حتى بدون تثبيت التطبيق عبر صفحة حذف الحساب.

الأطفال
هذا التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ويتطلب تسجيل حساب وبيانات توصيل حقيقية لإتمام أي عملية شراء.

Terms & Conditions
By using the "Omar Sharqia Store" app, you agree to the following:
- The app is used to browse products and place orders; payment is Cash on Delivery.
- An account with accurate details (name, email, phone, governorate, and area) is required to place orders or use coupons.
- We aim to deliver orders within the stated timeframe; you may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us directly.
- Coupons are tied to your account and may not be shared or reused beyond their allowed limits.
- Reviews you submit must reflect a genuine experience with the product; we may remove content that is abusive or inappropriate (you can report a violating review from within the app).
- We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Privacy Policy
Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number, governorate, and area — collected at registration.
- Order data: products ordered, delivery address, and order status (processing, shipped, delivered...).
- Reviews: the star rating and text you write for a product.
- Reports: if you report a review as inappropriate, we record your account ID together with the reported review, solely so our team can review and act on it.
- Coupon usage: we record coupon-to-account links to prevent abuse (reusing the same coupon multiple times).
- Push notification token: we store your device token to send order-status and promotional notifications, if you allow it.
- Basic technical data: general diagnostic information (device type, OS version) collected automatically via Firebase to run and stabilize the app.
How We Use Your Data
- Processing and delivering your orders to the correct address.
- Showing your order history and status inside the app.
- Sending notifications about your order or store offers.
- Preventing coupon abuse and keeping promotions fair across users.
- Responding to your reviews and inquiries, and improving product and service quality.
Where Your Data Is Stored
All data is stored on Google Firebase services (Firestore database, Cloud Storage, and Authentication), transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). Only the store's management team can access it, through a password-protected admin panel.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is used only within the scope of running the store (preparing and delivering your order), and passes through Google Firebase's infrastructure as our technical service provider.
Your Rights
- You can review and edit your account details inside the app at any time.
- You can permanently delete your account and all associated data via the "Delete Account" option in app settings, or even without installing the app via our account deletion page.
- You can contact us with any question about your data at the email below.
Children
This app is not directed at children under 13 and requires account registration and real delivery details to complete a purchase.
